PLAYER NAME - Doug Rougvie | KIT TYPE - Away
SHIRT NAME/NUMBER - ROUGVIE NO.13 | MATCH WORN/SIGNED - Match Worn & Signed
SLEEVE PATCH - No Football Aid Logo on Left Sleeve | CERTIFICATE INCLUDED? - Yes
DESCRIPTION - The shirt is signed on the back by DOUG ROUGVIE and was Match Worn in the Football Aid game at Pittodrie Stadium on Thursday 17th May 2001.
Were all the shirts worn by the players in a Football Aid event?
The vast majority of shirts included in the auction were either 'Match Worn' or 'Signed By' the players at a Football Aid event taking place between 2001-2020. However we also have a small selection of auction items - including Signed Shirts, Signed Balls and Signed Boots - that have been donated to Football Aid over the years that are unrelated to our 'Live the Dream' events. Each auction item's description will clearly state whether an item is related to a specific Football Aid event or not.
Do the shirts have numbers printed on them?
The shirts are displayed on the website 'Team Map' with Numbers 1, 2, 3, 4 etc to indicate how many shirts are available for each club, however as you will see from the pictures the vast majority of shirts don't have a number printed on them and usually only have the player's name on the back. If a shirt does have a specific number printed on the back then it will be clearly stated in the description below the shirt image.
Will you include a certificate of authenticity?
Yes, we will include a Football Aid letter, or certificate of authenticity with each auction item to confirm it has been signed by the named player and the item is as described.
Are the shirts washed?
Where shirts are listed as ‘Match Worn’, they will have been worn by the player in a Football Aid 'Live the Dream' event. These ‘Match Worn’ shirts were donated straight after the game by the player and are likely to be unwashed. Whereas shirts listed as 'Signed By' the Player/Manager won't have been worn in the game, so they are likely to be clean.
When do the auctions close?
The auctions are all scheduled to close at 1pm (Home shirts) and 2pm (Away shirts) on Wednesday 18th November 2020. All times displayed are for the Europe/London timezone.
How long will I have to make payment?
We normally expect payment to be received within 4 days of an auction item closing and failure to make payment within the allotted time could result in your auction item being re-opened for bidding or being allocated to another player.
Do I need to pay extra for delivery? How will you know my delivery address?
A postage and packaging fee of £10.00 per item will be added to each purchase and this will be described as a 'shirt printing fee' on the website. We usually send shirts to the delivery address of the card used to make payment, however if you would like your shirt(s) to be sent to an alternative address then please e-mail us at email@example.com with those alternative details.
Please Note: Due to the large number of shirts included in the auction it could take our small team up to 10 working days or more to fulfil your order.
Can you ship outside the United Kingdom?
Yes, we can, but please allow extended time for your shirts to be shipped; and also be aware that you may incur a customs charge - for which Football Aid are not responsible for - in your designated country of delivery. For each purchase, the standard postage and packaging fee will be added at a fixed rate of £10.00. If you require your shirt(s) to be shipped internationally, we will contact you by e-mail to collect an extra payment of £25.00 to cover the additional costs.
Do I need to 'allocate' the shirt In My Account?
The Signed Shirt auction item is as described, therefore please ignore any on-screen messages and e-mails referring to playing in an 'Event'. These refer to the Live the Dream charity games that Football Aid organise at club stadiums which are unrelated to this auction.
