Due to the important health measures currently being taken to deal with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK, and the subsequent impact it has had on the scheduling of the English football season, Rotherham United FC have informed us that they have taken the decision to postpone the 2020 Football Aid event (scheduled for Thursday 14th May 2020) at the AESSEAL New York Stadium.

We will be in regular contact with the club to discuss all possible dates for the re-arranged game, and we will of course keep all our players informed by e-mail in the coming weeks as we receive more information from the club. Due to the ongoing situation within the football industry, and the uncertainty surrounding the completion of the 2019/20 Season, it may well be the case that the rearranged date will be in 2021.

If you weren't able to secure a position originally and would like to receive updates about the re-scheduled game, then please e-mail us at

Football Aid 2019

Our 1st ever Rotherham United match took place at the AESSEAL New York Stadium on Tue 21st May 2019.

We were privileged to have Millers Legends Chris Sedgwick and Andy Monkhouse playing alongside the fans and it was Andy's Away team who came out on top 3-1 after a couple of wonder goals from their MOTM Jason Guy!

Football Aid could certainly be described as a game of two halves. On one side we’re fulfilling fans’ lifelong ambitions to grace the hallowed turf at the club they support. At the same time, we’ve raised significant funds for a host of charity and community projects on a regional, national and international scale. This perfect balance is changing lives, making dreams come true and benefiting the beautiful game.
