Football Aid 2019

Due to the major stadium renovations in recent years we haven't been able to host a Football Aid game at Anfield since 2014, however we're very keen to work with the club again and remain hopeful they might be able to host our events again soon.

If you'd like to receive updates about our Liverpool games then make sure and Register on the website or e-mail us at info@footballaid.com with your details.

Player Stories

I just wanted to say thank you for the fantastic experience I had playing at Anfield - it was an unbelievable day and all for a fantastic cause. The hospitality provided by you, your team and the club was first class and is something my family and I will always remember (my wife is now a football fan!).

Football Aid 2014

Our three games at Anfield in 2014 were hugely enjoyable events for all involved and we'd like to say a massive thanks again to our Liverpool fans for their excellent efforts on the pitch and a special thanks to LFC Legends Alan Kennedy, Jan Molby, Howard Gayle for their fantastic support on the day.

HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Starting in season 2001 Liverpool FC hosted a series of world-class Football Aid events, with the lucky fans involved gaining the unique opportunity to get changed in the legendary dressing rooms, walk down the famous old tunnel, perform the emotional ritual of touching the 'This is Anfield' sign, before striding out onto the world famous Anfield turf and playing for The Reds.

The fans also had the privilege of playing alongside and being managed by a who's who of former players, with the likes of Alan Kennedy, Jan Molby, John Aldridge, John Barnes, Jim Beglin, Howard Gayle, Gary McAllister, Jason McAteer, Mark Wright, Brian Hall (RIP), Phil Neal, David Fairclough, Rob Jones, David Johnson, Michael Thomas and John Durnin all involved in our games over the years.

Our games at Anfield are organised in association with The Liverpool FC Foundation and we're extremely privileged to have their valuable support.

CHARITIES FUNDED

Football Aid could certainly be described as a game of two halves. On one side we’re fulfilling fans’ lifelong ambitions to grace the hallowed turf at the club they support. At the same time, we’ve raised significant funds for a host of charity and community projects on a regional, national and international scale. This perfect balance is changing lives, making dreams come true and benefiting the beautiful game.
