FOOTBALL AID 2020
Due to the important health measures currently being taken to deal with the Coronavirus (COVID-19) in the UK, and the subsequent impact it has had on the scheduling of the football season across Europe, we were keen to keep our lines of communication open with you in relation to the situation here at Football Aid and our unique Live The Dream events.
We are in regular contact with all of our partner clubs, due to the ongoing situation within the football industry, and the uncertainty surrounding the completion of the 2019/20 Season. We are preparing for the eventuality that our events scheduled for April and May will be rescheduled to a later date, with the distinct possibility that some of the rescheduled dates may now be in 2021. We will of course keep all of our players informed by e-mail in the coming weeks as and when we receive more information from our clubs.
If you have any questions we’re more than happy to advise further, please e-mail: email@example.com

Just like to put on record my thanks for all the hard work Football Aid do to get these events on. They are truly special days and one's we will never forget.
I have to comment on John (McGinlay) and Tony (Kelly) (John being my idol!) and say what true gentleman they are. Proud that they are supporters of our great club, and of Football Aid.Read more

History & Background
Bolton Wanderers have been onside with Football Aid from the beginning, with club Legends Peter Nicholson and John McGinlay gracing the turf alongside our fans in our 1st game with the club on the 31st May 2001. Over the years they've been joined by the likes of Tony Kelly, Paul Jones, Andy Walker, Mike Whitlow, Keith Branagan, Scott Green, Gavin McCann, Nicky Spooner, Glenn Keeley and former wing wizard David Lee, who have all leant their support to what are always hugely enjoyable events.
Our games are organised in association with the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust and we're privileged to have their valuable support.
Football Aid could certainly be described as a game of two halves. On one side we’re fulfilling fans’ lifelong ambitions to grace the hallowed turf at the club they support. At the same time, we’ve raised significant funds for a host of charity and community projects on a regional, national and international scale. This perfect balance is changing lives, making dreams come true and benefiting the beautiful game.
