Football Aid 2021 - Living the Dream

We were delighted to be able to celebrate our 20th Anniversary in style by making a return to hosting our events in 2021, with 8 x matches taking place in May/June at Bristol City, Birmingham City, Crystal Palace, Liverpool, Queens Park Rangers and Wolverhampton Wanderers and our England Training Day event at St. George's Park in September .

The games were hugely enjoyable for all involved, with exactly 100 x goals scored, club Legends like Alan Kennedy, Andy Sinton and Mel Eves in attendance and a number of great stories across the games, with Mark Feehan's 80th Football Aid appearance a real highlight!

Player Feedback

"Lucky & privileged to have now taken part in 80 Football Aid charity fund raising matches with last night’s game Molineux being 1 of the best.

Great work by Wolves, the FA crew, players, legends & officials again, if you get the chance to play in 1 of theses games, jump at it!" - Mark Feehan (Wolves Home Team)

"What can I say probably one of the best things I have done in my life. Thank you to all at football aid that made the game such a special day." - Lee Blewett (Bristol City Home Team)

"I would like to thank you all at Football Aid, all of the event staff that participated and of course Crystal Palace for their generosity in letting us have the time yesterday. It was an amazing day for us all on the England team (I know that will both please and annoy you haha).

It was a true honour to lead the guys yesterday in victory and be a part of such a fantastic charity day. I will definitely be back in future!" - Mark Jones (England vs Scotland Home Captain)

"Many thanks for yesterday, as usual it was excellent. I thought QPR did a fantastic job getting the game on, the pitch was great, their community coaches etc were excellent and what a credit Andy Sinton is to their club, what a nice bloke.

Once again, thank you, I can just about walk this morning so maybe there's 1 more year in me!" - Gary Brazier (QPR Away Team)

"One of the best Games to play in, incredibly competitive and all the players were a credit to themselves.

Being a Liverpool fan made the day even more special, the club was wonderful in its hospitality and Alan Kennedy, well it was a pleasure to play on the same pitch as the great man himself!

One of the best days and will long be remembered." - Kevin Wright (Liverpool Away Team)
