Football Aid 2010 - Bidding Now Open

With Bidding now available for our 10th anniversary season, the www.footballaid.com website is guaranteed to feature some nail-biting auction action in the coming weeks as Football Aid fans from all over the globe battle it out to secure their shirts.

Those lucky enough to win a position will be able to experience the never to be forgotten thrill of pulling on their club's shirt, running out the tunnel with the sound of the supporters ringing in their ears and playing on their Field of Dreams alongside legends of the game. And with proceeds from all our games going towards a host of highly deserving charitable causes, you can be certain that your generous bids will be helping those most in need.

Bidders will continue to experience all the benefits of our fully featured Auction system and with Bidding for some of our positions starting at just £150, booking a position in our Decade of Dreams season could turn out to be the biggest bargain you'll ever bag!

Bidding features include:

- Maximum Bid - If your original "Standard Bid" is beaten, our "Proxy" bidding system will automatically bid up to your Maximum bid amount without you having to re-bid online.

- Buy Now - Selected positions will still be available at a fixed price, allowing you the option to Buy Now and end an auction early.

- Detailed Bid Monitoring - Use the Bid Manager to see all your real time bidding history, or visit the Event page and use the Data View to see all the current bid information on one screen.

Our Decade of Dreams season is already shaping up nicely, with 25 clubs already signed up, a brand new event at Reading FC's magnificent Madejski Stadium confirmed and a welcome return for our always popular Nottingham Forest and Birmingham City matches. Please visit our Events and Matches page for full details of all our upcoming matches.

Kicking off the 2010 season is our Manchester Utd Master Class, taking place at the club's exclusive Carrington training complex on Thursday 11th February. It promises to be a magnificent event, with participants receiving an insight into life at MUFC entitled ‘What Makes a Champion Team', a healthy lunch, a personalised Man Utd training kit, a fun-packed training session supervised by Club coaches, a series of small-sided matches, as well as a medal to commemorate the day.
