Spurs Game 1 2005

White Hart Lane was filled with anticipating Football Aid players on Tuesday the 3rd of May. The day when they all go the chance to fulfil their child hood dream and run out on the hallowed turf of White Hart Lane and play a 90-minute game of football together with club legend Gary Stevens and fellow White Hart Lane hero Steve Sedgley.

After getting changed in the changing rooms the players got warmed up and then the long anticipated game could begin. It was a close game but the Away team came out as winners with 5-3.

Scorers Home team:

No. 11 Adam Bastin, No. 9 Matt Johns and No. 15 Peter Zarkadoulas

Scorers Away team:

No. 15 Adam Landes, No. 14 Darren Fox who scored 2 goals, No. 11 Oliver Hurrey and No. 9 Andy Reid.

Man of the Match

Nominated man of the match were No. 5 Gary Thomas Home and No. 10 Wesley Mariey Away.

It was a great day both for the players, their families and friends who took part and contributed with cheerful support from the stands.
