    Revitalised and refreshed after a day of rest from the eventful Spurs and West Ham games, the Football Aid team sped over to Shepherds Bush for the QPR stage of the Football Aid Championship on Thursday 5th May.

    White Hart Lane was filled with anticipating Football Aid players on Tuesday the 3rd of May. The day when they all go the chance to fulfil their child hood dream and run out on the hallowed turf of White Hart Lane and play a 90-minute game of football together with club legend Gary Stevens and fellow White Hart Lane hero Steve Sedgley.

Tottenham was brilliant, the officials were top and your guys were great fun and so helpful. Thank you to the professionals too. I never thought being on the end of a 6-1 drubbing could still feel so good.”

    Lucky Football Aid players lived their dream the 2nd of May when they played a 90-minute game of football in personalised strips at Upton Park together with West Ham football legends Steve Potts and Tony Gale. The atmosphere at the stadium is hard to describe, somewhat like a mixture of nervousness, anticipation and happiness, all at the same time.

    On the 29th of April, Football Aid’s participants at Wolves put on a great show on a beautiful sunny evening on the hallowed turf of the Molineux. Coached and managed by two Club legends in Steve Bull and Robbie Dennison, the Home triumphed 8-1, while the away team, led by legends Don Goodman, Steve Froggatt, struggled to compete in the 20 degree evening heat.
