CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Watford were part of the first full season of Football Aid Events in 2001, that game (pictured in the action shots below right) featured two of the Club's biggest names, the Home team being skippered by all-time goal-scorer Luther Blissett and the Away team being led by former Manager Kenny Jackett. That has been the only Football Aid match at Vicarage Road to date, however the big news is that the Club are back on board with a game scheduled for May 2008.
