CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Football Aid provided the perfect setting for a lucky few Foxes fans to say an emotional farewell to the Club's spiritual home Filbert Street in 2002, with our game being one of the last ever to be played at the stadium. The following year we made our debut at the state-of-the-art Walkers Stadium with the support of Legends Ali Mauchlen, Paul Ramsey, Alan Birchenall and John Ogilvie. Ali continued his excellent support by signing up as the Club's Football Aid Ambassador in 2008, with season 2009 featuring the Football Aid debut for club hero Muzzy Izzet.
