CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Like their football, Liverpool FC always host a world-class Football Aid event, largely due to the hard work and support of former club legend; Football Aid Ambassador Brian Hall. Come rain or shine, Brian embraces his role as Manager in the games at Anfield, shouting encouragement from the sidelines, motivating sides to victory through his rousing team talks and organising a who's who of former players, including fellow Ambassador Gary McAllister, John Aldridge, Alan Kennedy, John Barnes, Jason McAteer, Phil Neal, David Fairclough, Rob Jones, David Johnson, Michael Thomas, Jim Beglin, John Durnin and Jan Molby among others, to play in our games at Anfield.

POSITION AVAILABILITY

All positions in our 2012 games at Anfield have now been sold, however there is always the possibility that a position could become available again due to a cancellation. Therefore we'd advise you to keep an eye on this page for updates, or alternatively Contact Us with details of your name, e-mail address and telephone number if you'd like to be placed on a reserve list.

Event Update: The date for our games at Anfield has now been confirmed as Friday 11th May 2012, with Game 1 kick-off at 10:00am and Game 2 at 14:30pm.

Legends & Managers: We're delighted to announce that a host of fantastic Liverpool legends are involved in our games at Anfield in 2012. In Game 1 we have Home Player/Manager: Jason McAteer and Away Playing Legends/Managers: Alan Kennedy and Howard Gayle.

And in Game 2 we have: Home Playing Legends/Managers: Alan Kennedy and Howard Gayle and Away Playing Legends/Managers: Jason McAteer and Mark Wright.
