CLUB HISTORY & BACKGROUND

Bolton Wanderers have been onside with Football Aid from the beginning, with legends Peter Nicholson and John McGinlay leading the way as playing Managers in our first ever game at the Reebok Stadium. Over the years they have been joined by the likes of Tony Kelly, Paul Jones, Mike Whitlow, Keith Branagan, Scott Green and former wing wizard David Lee who have all leant their support to what is always an extremely enjoyable event.

SEASON 2013 EVENT UPDATE

We're extremely sorry to have to confirm that all end of season pitch usage at the Reebok Stadium has been cancelled due to concerns over pitch damage and the possible involvement of the club in the play-offs and therefore the Football Aid 2013 game has had to be cancelled. All players involved in the game have been informed of the situation now and payments made will qualify for a full refund, or be transferred to another game.
