Charlton Athletic signed up for Football Aid in our debut season, with club legend John Humphrey leading the way as Manager in the first ever game at The Valley. In between 2001 and 2010 he was joined by the likes of Paul Williams, Paul Mortimer, Mark Kinsella, Colin Walsh, Steve Gritt, Simon Webster, Brian Kinsey, Eddie Youds, Paul Gorman, Peter Garland and ex-player and former boss Theo Foley in supporting our Events. After a break for a few years we were delighted to have the club back on board again in 2014 and the return match at The Valley was a great success for all involved.

Due to a change in the way the club are due to allocate their pitch for their end of season matches, we can confirm that unfortunately Football Aid won't be able to host a game at The Valley in 2015. We remain hopeful we might be able to work with the club again in future seasons, therefore if you'd like to be kept notified of any future matches at The Valley make sure and Register on the website or Contact Us with the details of the games you're interested in.
